It’s easy! Just create a free account with us, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in our loyalty programme. Start earning points on your purchases right away and enjoy all the perks that come with it.
The three tiers in our loyalty programme are Newbie, Fan and VIP. Your tier status is determined by how much you spend during a 12 month period, the more you spend, the higher your tier status.
Newbie: R0 - R2 499
Fan: R2 500 - R5 999
VIP: R6 000+
From the moment you unlock a new tier, you have one year (12 months) to earn the threshold number of points to maintain that tier.
Yes, points expire after 18 months, but don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads-up before they do so you can use them in time!
Make sure to save your birthday in your account, and on your next birthday, we’ll send points your way according to your tier.
